•DO: Treat others with civility and respect. Keep in mind that vulgarity and disruptive behavior are inappropriate online. If you encounter a troublesome member in a chat area please use the ignore feature and/or recruit the assistance of the Community Leader or Guide.

•DO: Use emoticons to express yourself online. Emoticons are human-face drawings composed of text characters. They help express emotions online -- for more dynamic communication.
